Consumer dispute resolution

As required by §36 VSBG (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz): we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not undertake to do so. That does not stop us from settling a complaint with you directly, which we would much rather do — write to [email protected]. Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer is set out in section 8 of our Terms of Service.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on this site under §7 Abs. 1 DDG and the general laws. According to §§8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect only arises from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. On becoming aware of such infringements we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no illegal content was identifiable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. On becoming aware of legal violations we will remove such links immediately.
