Branded, configurable decks for anyone who teaches functional safety. Tell us the topic, the system and the room. We build the deck from the academy library, a functional safety engineer reviews it, and it is yours to teach with for life.
Reviewed by a functional safety engineerbefore every delivery
Every deck is drawn from 93 concept guides, sharpened with 4,799 exam questions, grounded in 230 work product templates and brought to life by 9 engineering simulators: the library engineers learn from every day, rebuilt for your room.
Preparation time
A three-day course takes months to build. Yours takes five working days.
Industry benchmarks put instructor-led course development at 40 to 49 hours of work for every hour of training. For a three-day course that is 105 to 129 working days for one person, before anyone has checked it. Here is where that time goes, and what it becomes when you order the deck.

What a deck can be about
Not only the parts of the standard.
Build a deck around a clause, a vehicle system, a new technology or the people in the room, or combine them: ASIL decomposition for a steer-by-wire team, SOTIF for perception engineers, hardware metrics for a battery supplier.

The licence
Pay once. Teach with it for life.
The licence belongs to you, the instructor, not to one training. No yearly fee, no fee per participant, no new licence for the next client. Here is exactly what that means.

Engineer reviewed
Signed off before it reaches your participants.
Every deck is reviewed by a functional safety engineer before delivery. You stand in front of the room with material someone qualified has already checked.
Slides explain the standard in our own words and cite the part and clause behind each topic. Nothing is copied from ISO 26262, so the deck is safe to share with participants.

Prices
One price per deck. Yours for life.
No subscription. Every deck includes engineer review, your theme and branding, all formats you choose, one round of adjustments, a lifetime licence in your name, and a fixed-price rework within 12 months.
Ordering several decks? Pay in advance and get extra to spend.
You pay once, then order decks whenever you need them at the normal prices above. The amount you can spend is higher than what you paid, and it stays valid for 24 months.
For regular instructors
Pay €3,990, spend €4,400
If you teach a course every month or two. You get €410 free (10% extra).
Example: four 1-day decks and one half-day module (€4,050), with €350 left for later.
Add any of these when you order. Each one is priced up front.
Rework within 12 months
from €150, fixed
Adapt your deck later at the fixed price on its card, as long as it stays in the same subject area. Adapting a brakes HARA deck for a steering team qualifies; turning it into a SOTIF course is a new deck.
Update Care
+40% of the deck price
One refresh within 24 months, whenever you ask for it. Every slide affected by a change in the standard (for example the third edition of ISO 26262) or in our library is updated and reviewed again.
Extra named instructor
+25% per person
Add a colleague from your consultancy or academy as a named instructor on the same deck.
Rush delivery
+40% of the deck price
Your deck in 3 working days instead of 5, still with the full engineer review.
Exclusive Edition
from €4,900
A bespoke case study written for your client domain, never sold to anyone else in that domain for 24 months. €4,900 for one training day, plus €1,500 for each extra day.
Prices in euro, excluding VAT. You receive a fixed price with your agenda; the five working days start once you agree and pay. Courses longer than five days add €500 per day. Without Update Care, a later refresh costs 60% of the list price.
Instructor FAQ
What instructors ask us first.
Ordering, topics, licence, review, branding and price.
How does ordering work?
Describe your training in the brief form (about ten minutes). Within one working day you receive a proposed agenda and a fixed price. Once you agree and pay, your 5 working days start: 4 days of preparation, then a final day in which a functional safety engineer reviews the deck and we release it to you. One round of adjustments is included.
What if I need the deck reworked later?
Within 12 months of delivery you can order a rework at a fixed price set by the original deck's length, from €150 for a module to €690 for a five-day programme, as long as the reworked slides stay in the same category as the original deck, meaning the same subject area. Adapting a brakes HARA deck for a steering team qualifies; turning it into a SOTIF course is a new deck. Reworked slides go through the same engineer review.
What topics can a deck cover?
Any part of ISO 26262, a vehicle system (brakes and vehicle motion control, steer-by-wire, cockpit displays and HMI, battery and high-voltage powertrain, inverters, perception sensors, zonal compute), a technology (functional safety for AI under ISO/PAS 8800, automated driving with SOTIF under ISO 21448, safety and cybersecurity under ISO/SAE 21434, multi-core and hypervisors) or an audience, from managers to assessors. Combinations work too, for example ASIL decomposition for a steer-by-wire team.
Who owns the licence?
You do, as the named instructor, for life. Use the deck in every training you deliver: any client, any venue, online or in the room, any number of participants, as often as you like. There is no yearly fee and no per-participant royalty. The licence is personal and cannot be resold or passed on; colleagues are added as additional named instructors.
Why do I pay once and not every year?
Because the deck is yours. You pay once per deck and keep teaching with it, with no renewal. The third edition of ISO 26262 is in its draft ballot and expected around 2027, so you can add Update Care (+40% on the deck price): one refresh within 24 months, requested when you choose, in which every slide affected by the change is updated and re-reviewed. Without it, a later refresh costs 60% of the list price, and the version you own never stops working.
Who reviews the decks?
A functional safety engineer reviews every deck before delivery: technical accuracy, the clause references, the exercises and their model answers, and whether the agenda fits your time slot. An automated check also confirms that no standard text has been reproduced.
Can I choose the look and the format?
Yes. Choose one of 30 themes, from clean corporate to editorial serif, blueprint or dark stage, or send your own slide master. Add your logo, colours and fonts on top. Choose widescreen 16:9 or standard 4:3, and a handout version with speaker notes if you want one. The PowerPoint is fully editable, so you can reorder, extend or adapt any slide after delivery.
Does the deck contain text from the ISO 26262 standard?
No. Every slide explains the standard in our own words and cites the part and clause it refers to. ISO text is copyrighted, so your participants still need access to the standard itself, and your deck stays safe to hand out.
How much does it cost?
Single decks run from €490 for a half-day module to €2,990 for a five-day programme; a one-day course is €890. If you order regularly, you can pay in advance and spend more: pay €3,990 and spend €4,400, or pay €7,490 and spend €8,700, within 24 months. Each additional named instructor is +25% of the deck price. Prices are in euro, excluding VAT, and you confirm a fixed price before paying.
